Recruitment & Engagement Coordinator/Safety Coordinator
Location: Hazen, ND
Employment Type: Full-time/Part-Time
Salary: $18-22, Depending on experience
Objectives:
Primary Accountabilities:
Handle Employment Inquiries: Respond to inquiries in a friendly and knowledgeable manner.
Manage Recruitment Process: Post positions, track leads, conduct interviews, and perform necessary background checks.
Maintain HR Records: Keep employment records up-to-date, including I-9, W-4, insurance, and licenses.
Manage Applicant Pool: Maintain accurate records and move candidates through the hiring process.
Coordinate Orientation and Training: Schedule and conduct orientation and training sessions to meet standards and requirements.
Develop Engagement Strategies: Implement strategies to promote Care Pro retention and satisfaction.
Conduct Performance Reviews: Schedule and conduct annual reviews, provide supervision, and offer coaching as needed.
Celebrate Milestones: Recognize birthdays, work anniversaries, and other significant events for Care Pros.
Monitor Activity: Utilize designated software systems to log client and Care Proactivity, conduct exit interviews, and evaluate training materials.
Ensure Compliance: Perform regular audits to ensure compliance with HR standards and regulations.
Safety Management: Submit WSI claims, educate staff on safety programs, and address safety hazards.
