Role Overview:

As a Human Resources Assistant Intern, you will play a crucial role in the onboarding process for our new care professionals. You’ll work closely with our HR team to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for new hires, helping to facilitate their transition into our company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding Support: Assist with the onboarding process for new care professionals, including scheduling orientation sessions, preparing onboarding materials, and ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
  • Documentation Management: Help manage and organize employee records, ensuring all documents are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Communication: Act as a point of contact for new hires, addressing any questions or concerns they may have during their onboarding process.
  • Process Improvement: Contribute to the development and enhancement of onboarding procedures to improve the overall experience for new employees.
  • Administrative Tasks: Support various HR functions such as data entry, maintaining HR databases, and generating reports as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and attention to detail.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems is a plus.
  • Attributes: Enthusiastic, proactive, and able to handle confidential information with discretion.
