Typical Day :

• Use your skills to support maximum independence, improve the quality of life for your client, advising the office team of any change in conditions
• Assist the client in all activities of daily living (ADL's)
• Follow a pre-established care plan (accessible from your smart phone). This may include bathing, grooming, meal prep, light housekeeping and transportation

Job Requirements :

• Have a proven track record of being reliable and on-time
• Patient, kind, calm, composed and uses good judgment
• Proficiency on a smart phone
• Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Can pass criminal, drug and driving background check and provide references
• HHA, PCA, CNA, LPN, RN,or GNA Certification preferred (but other experience may be considered also)
