We cover all of the Greater Worcester Area and the MetroWest, over 32 towns and communities. We have a variety of shifts available, both FULL TIME and PART TIME! We can create a schedule that fits into anyone's needs.
No certification required. We offer all the training you will need.

Care Professionals help with a variety of tasks including :
- Companionship
- Light housekeeping
- Personal care
- Transportation
- Meal preparation
- Medication reminders
An ideal Care Professional must have :
- A passion for helping others
- A valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and reliable transportation
- Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude
- A strong work ethic and dependability
- COVID-19 Vaccination
- Ability to pass a drug screening
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
Compensation :
$17.00-$20.25 per hour depending on level of care and location of the client. Mileage Reimbursement is $0.66 per mile.
