Objective : The Development & Engagement Coordinator is responsible for engagement of CAREGivers to reduce turnover and promote a high-quality culture.
The Development & Engagement Coordinator will Lead all training programs for CAREGiversincluding new hire orientation, ongoing continuing education training, planning quarterly open house events and Caregiver of the year banquets.
This role is to develop, mentor and maintain quality CAREGivers.

This position with be responsible for overseeing all functions performed by the franchise office’s CAREGivers.
