Director / General Manager / Home Health Care

Position Purpose

The Director / General Manager is bottom-line responsible for meeting and exceeding sales growth and profitability goals. Candidates must be great at holding all team members accountable for achieving results in acquiring new home care clients, hiring/retaining caregivers, scheduling, and overall client care and retention. This position reports directly to the company President and must have 3 years of leadership experience running a business unit and a track record of winning. Health care experience is preferred. As the face of Home Instead in the community, this leader must demonstrate our core values and mission in all interactions with internal and external customers and staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Minimum of 3 years of sales and leadership experience
• Achieve monthly sales and profitability goals
• Build a highly talented administrative team that executes individual role metrics.
• Execute one-on-one coaching, performance improvement, and corrective action as needed.
• Be able to step into all roles to coach and train employees.
• Manage overall expenses within defined budget categories (i.e., overtime)
• Assist in developing an annual budget and pricing strategy by analyzing historical numbers and trends, the competitive landscape, etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60- $75K per year plus bonus opportunities
