If you are able to work 25-35 hours per week, looking for a flexible job and enjoy relationship building with the senior community, then this is the position for you! This job requires in-home client assessments, quality assurance visits, as well as, teaching a portion of our multi-phase training program for our new CAREGivers.
We service Wake County.
Cities included: Raleigh, Knightdale, Wake Forest, Garner, Clayton, Cary, Apex, Morrisville, Holly Springs, Fuquay Varina and surrounding areas

- Assess patients: collect and document patient’s current health status. Make accurate and ongoing assessment of clients’ status and respond appropriately
- Create a plan of care, and perform periodic client quality assurance assessments via in-person visits and phone calls
- Help maintain compliance with all Home Instead Corporate, Federal, State, and Local standards and regulations while constantly working to find solutions to meet client’s needs.
- Work closely with Care Coordination and Scheduling to communicate all client needs
- A nursing degree from an accredited school of nursing is required.
- Must have valid RN license and be in good standing with the NC Board of Nursing.
- Must have at least three years’ experience in a home care setting.
- Previous geriatric, training, and sales experience preferred.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to listen effectively
- Patience and congenial when with clients, staff, and on the telephone
- Knowledge of our senior care industry
- Effective in working and collaborating with others toward a common goal.
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and valid car insurance.
- Use a computer, including programs like Excel and Word
