• 12-hour shifts: 6 AM - 6 PM or 6 PM - 6 AM
• Every other weekend required

Job Description:
Bismarck Home Instead is seeking compassionate and dedicated caregivers to join our team. We are excited to offer 4 full-time positions that guarantee 36 hours per week. Our caregivers provide essential support to seniors, ensuring they live well at home with dignity and respect.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, and meal preparation
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Perform light housekeeping duties
- Assist with medication reminder
- Ensure clients' safety and well-being
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members
Requirements:
- CPR Certification preferred
- Availability for 12-hour shifts (6 AM - 6 PM or 6 PM - 6 AM)
- Ability to work every other weekend
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable and compassionate with a strong desire to help others
