Home Care Consultant
Are you a dynamic and driven professional with a passion for making a difference in the lives of seniors? Home Instead is looking for a motivated Sales & Marketing professional to join our incredible team. If you have a background in sales, marketing, or business development, and a heart for serving others, we want to hear from you!
Primary Responsibilities:
- Create and execute a strategic marketing campaign that targets key referral partners and builds brand awareness within the community to drive business growth
- Create and maintain a social media campaign the drives community engagement and builds brand awareness.
- Document all sales efforts utilizing our CRM: Salesforce
- Meet with new clients and families to educate them on how Home Instead can support their independence and meet their care needs following the consultative sales process.
- Work in partnership with the recruitment team to assist in executing external Recruitment activities such as Job Fairs, meeting with RPN’s for job seekers.
Schedule
Schedule is generally Monday- Friday 8am-5pm with occasional evening and/or weekend events.

Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management
- Senior Care experience is preferred
- Strong analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trend information
- Knowledge of technical sales, technology products, and outside sales strategies
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
