Primary Assignments:

• Keep the production flow running smoothly.
• Master equipment setup and product changeovers.
• Dive into teardowns for cleaning and basic maintenance.
• Coordinate staffing to maximize productivity.
• Ensure quality standards are met while meeting deadlines efficiently.

Essential Qualifications:

• High school diploma required; Associate degree preferred.
• 3 years' experience as a lead machine operator, preferably in meat processing.
• Strong communication skills; fluency in English required, bilingual preferred.
• Forklift and pallet jack operation experience required.
• Basic understanding of GMPs, HACCP, and SQF guidelines.
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills are a must.
