Home of the Innocents is Hiring a Training Specialist Near Louisville, KY

Responsibilities Include:

  • Serves as lead facilitator for organization-wide learning initiatives/programs.
  • Delivers training and development programs to address business needs relating to professional development, functional development, team building, leadership development, and skill development. 
  • Presents curriculum in a range of modalities including classroom training, webinars, virtual classroom experiences, demonstrations, on-the-job training, meetings, conferences, and workshops.
  • Manage learning records, including data entry in electronic training record database, and organizing/filing organizational training records.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Excellent presentation and group facilitation skills with ability to communicate and relate to team members
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic, time-sensitive work environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in related field
  • Two or more years of demonstrated experience related to facilitating
