Job Description:
As a Compassionate Support Specialist at Home Reach, you'll play a pivotal role in empowering individuals with disabilities to live independently and engage in their communities. Your primary focus will be providing personalized care and support tailored to each client's needs.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with daily activities, including cleaning, personal hygiene, and meal preparation.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to clients.
• Aid clients in transportation and mobility as needed.
• Contribute to planning and participating in recreational and social activities.
• Maintain accurate records of client care and progress.

• Compassion and a strong desire to make a positive impact.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience and empathy when working with individuals with disabilities.
• Ability to adapt to changing client needs and follow care plans.
• Previous caregiving or related experience preferred.

Monday-Thursday

• 7am-3pm
• 3pm-11pm
• 11pm-7am

Friday-Sunday

• 7am-7pm
• 7pm-7am

Job Type: Full-time, Part-time
Expected hours: 16 – 40 per week
