On their behalf, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Medical Director.

Role:

The Medical Director provides strategic and operational medical expertise, collaborating with various teams to advance corporate goals, support clinical education, and ensure regulatory compliance. The role involves training, external presentations, and fostering partnerships to enhance healthcare outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strategic partnerships and collaboration with key stakeholders within the organization and the medical community to align with corporate goals.
• Oversee and implement comprehensive training and development programs for surgeons and clinical staff to ensure proper use of company products.
• Utilize extensive medical and clinical expertise to support the company’s mission and provide guidance to various departments.
• Manage compliance and regulatory requirements, ensuring all activities adhere to company policies and legal standards.
• Support the global clinical specialist teams by providing advanced medical knowledge and assisting with complex medical and technical questions.
• Provide medical insights to clinical and regulatory organizations to help differentiate the company's products and support marketing efforts.
• Develop publication plans and support development programs by leveraging internal and external data sources to advance the company’s objectives.
• Present at national and international events to promote the company’s products and research and enhance its reputation within the medical community.

Candidate Requirements:

• Medical degree, or equivalent, with substantial clinical experience in relevant therapeutic areas.
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex medical information to diverse audiences.
• Proactive and professional demeanor, demonstrating the ability to take the initiative and lead projects effectively.
• Ability to work well under pressure, maintain composure, and deliver results in challenging situations.
• Experience with building and managing partnerships and strategic alliances, enhancing collaborative efforts within the industry.
• In-depth knowledge of clinical trial development and direction, with the ability to oversee and contribute to clinical research projects.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to relate to and work with a wide range of people to achieve organizational goals.
• Proficiency in office-based computer skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant software.

Bonus Requirement: hands-on experience as a transplant surgeon.
