A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A PROPERTY MANAGER

As our Property Manager, you will manage all property management functions for a portfolio of residential properties, including single-family and multi-family units. You will positively resolve and document all tenant and owner requests, making authentic connections with owners, tenants, and prospective tenants through phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries. You will oversee the property maintenance team, managing turnover and repair activities, and must have a strong understanding of basic property maintenance issues related to buildings, parking, and landscaping. Additionally, you will handle basic property accounting activities such as ledger accuracy, collections, invoicing, and security deposit disposition. QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN PROPERTY MANAGER

• Experience using modern property management software
• Advanced experience using MS Office applications and G-Suite
• The candidate should be computer savvy and quickly adapt to new computer systems
• Prior supervisory experience highly desired
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Utah Real Estate License or able to obtain within 120 days of employment
