POSITION SUMMARY:
The Sales Representative role means belonging to a great team. A Sales representative, is responsible for using their knowledge of company products or services to connect with consumers and generate sales. A Sales Representative’s duties include connecting with sales leads, presenting products, maintaining documentation, and understanding customer needs to achieve and/or exceed customer expectations and company goals.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
· Manage sales regions and leads, utilizing company resources to ensure maximum sales goals are achieved or exceeded
· Achieves Signature Service with customers while building and sustaining relationships
· Maintain knowledge of products and current promotions
· Attend all sales meetings and trainings
· Travel to and from pre-qualified, pre-set sales appointments
· Be the first in person communication for our customers, displaying a professional appearance and a dynamic presentation
· Take ownership of sales appointments and commit to converting sales leads into sales
· Accurately fill out details of customer contract and submit paperwork to process
· Other Duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty independently and satisfactorily. Must be able to communicate effectively in both oral and written form and interface with all departments and customers. Must maintain absolute confidentiality. Must be able to multi-task, be accurate, have good organizational skills and handle high levels of stress. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.
· 2-3 years selling experience preferred
· Proven track record of closing sales, preferably in a short cycle sales environment
· Strong work ethic and discipline
· A strong focus on exceeding customer expectations
· Excellent verbal and organizational skills
· Strong desire to succeed
· Thorough understanding of principles and methods used to promote, display, and sell products and services
· Computer literacy
· Valid Driver’s license
WORKING CONDITIONS:
· Travel to and from customers’ homes
· Must be able to lift 30lbs
