Sales Lead Responsibilities:

• Manage a small team of Community Solar Sales Representatives by conducting training, overseeing goals, and tracking performance
• Educate potential customers on the benefits of enrolling in our free Community Solar program
• Conduct door-to-door sales presentations to promote our state-mandated program
• Occasionally attend company leadership meetings for collaboration on current processes and new initiatives
• Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with potential customers and address their questions and concerns
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions

Sales Lead Qualifications:

• 1 year of sales leadership experience
• Experience in the renewable energy field (preferred)
• Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for transportation
• Willingness to stand for long periods of time (this is a door-to-door sales opportunity)
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences
• Willingness to undergo a background check
