Our carefully selected team of therapists have 20 years of combined experience treating all types of injuries and age-related conditions. We service NYC, Long Island, and Upstate NY. Working with @Home Therapy gives you the flexibility to create your own schedule and work in only the areas you choose to. Along with our competitive fee for service rates, we offer sign on bonuses and out-of-area bonuses. About The RoleAs a Speech Therapist with @Home Therapy, you will:
- Provide speech therapy services to adult patients in their homes.
- Communicate effectively with office staff and patients.
- Schedule visits directly with patients.
- Evaluate and create individualized care plans based on patient's needs.
- Conduct follow-up visits and adjust care plans as necessary.
- Document visits using our web-based EMR system in compliance with Medicare guidelines.
- Adhere to HIPAA and company policies, maintaining active credentials.
- Valid SLP License and Registration in New York.
- Experience in adult speech therapy.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Familiarity with EMR software (preferred).
- Previous homecare experience (preferred).
- Competitive fee-for-service rates.
- Flexible scheduling and location choices.
- No minimum visit requirements or quotas.
- Support from care managers and office staff.
