Requirements:

● High school diploma or equivalent.

● Previous experience in direct support or a related field preferred.

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

● Ability to adapt to different needs and personalities.

● Patience, empathy, and a genuine interest in supporting others.

● CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).

● Completion of relevant training programs or certifications.

● Knowledge of best practices in supporting individuals with disabilities.

● Must be able to recognize that disability is a label and not a description

● Must be 18 years old or older

● Must have a car

● Must have valid driver's license and good driving record

● Must be willing to have a background check

● Must be be willing to take a drug screening

● Must be authorized to legally work in the United States

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour
