POSITION TITLE: Room Attendant
REPORTS TO: Executive Housekeeper
POSITION SUMMARY:
The role of Room Attendant is responsible for cleaning and servicing guest rooms in order to provide an exceptional experience for guests. This position ensures that all rooms are inviting and clean to the highest standards. The Room Attendant is also expected to ensure all defects are reported promptly and appropriately.

Qualifications:
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high pressure environment.
Ability to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy.
Ability to move throughout the hotel (standing, walking, kneeling, and bending) for extended periods of time.
Ability to make repeated and continued movements of the shoulders, elbows and hands (below waist and overhead movements).
Must be able to lift, push, and pull a moderate weight frequently.
Basic ability to comprehend English language sufficient to understand information such as labels and instructions and basic guest requests.
Must be willing and have the ability to work a varied schedule that may include early morning, evening, and weekend shifts.
Schedule:
Varies - typically 8 Hour Shift based on hotel needs. Weekend and Holiday availability are required.
