Seeking a warm, welcoming, professional associate who will provide the best possible guest experience at the front desk.
Applicants must be able to pass a background screening and have flexible availability. Hours will be evenings 3-11 or 4-midnight.
Job Responsibilities include: Checking guests in and out, payment processing, resolving guest grievances, answering telephone, and ensuring guest satisfaction at all times. Responding to all needs promptly to provide the best possible experience for our guests. The ablility to multitask, work well with others and work in a fast pace environment.
Skill Requirements: Cash handling, basic office equipment, computer knowledge, telephone skills, safety, security, PCI / Credit Card understanding.
Physical Requirements: Standing long periods of time, walking, twisting, bending, lifting, kneeling, and stooping as needed.
Education: HS Diploma or equivalent.
Experience: Preferred, but not required. We are willing to train the right individual.
