Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel. The ideal candidate will ensure excellent guest experiences, manage staff effectively, and maintain high standards of service.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise hotel staff, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance teams
- Manage guest relations and resolve any issues or complaints promptly
- Ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes for guests
- Oversee hotel operations to maintain cleanliness, safety, and efficiency
- Implement and maintain hospitality standards to meet guest expectations
- Conduct night audits and ensure accurate financial reporting

Experience:
- Proven experience in hotel management or a similar role
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Multilingual abilities are a plus for effective communication with diverse guests
- Familiarity with front desk operations, resort management, and night audit procedures
