Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee sales projects from initiation to completion
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project success
- Collaborate with sales team to develop sales strategies and targets
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities
- Provide guidance and support to sales team members
- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and stakeholders
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience in sales project management or a similar role
- Strong understanding of retail math and analytics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Proficient in project management software and tools
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
