HomeCraft Gutter Protection is a gutter cover/guard company based out of Loganville, GA. We have been recognized in both Inc. 5000 and Inc. 500 as the fastest-growing gutter company in the nation, and we need YOUR help to grow further!
We are looking for Scheduling Coordinators that will be responsible for filling appointment slots. We are currently hiring for all shifts!!!
The successful candidate will be able to handle incoming/outgoing calls and effectively schedule appointments for customers. NO COLD CALLING!!!
The ideal candidate will have great communication and problem-solving skills, have basic computer skills, as well as be able to multi-task effectively.
Responsibilities and Duties
-Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
-Identifying customer needs, clarifying information, researching every issue, and providing solutions
Available Shifts AM, PM with rotating Weekends
Our Call Center Hours are as follows:
Weekdays:
Monday through Friday
3pm-9pm is "PM Shift"
Our weekend hours:
Saturday 9 am - 8 pm
Sunday 1 pm - 8 pm

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Weekend availability
