We are looking for Scheduling Coordinators that will be responsible for filling appointment slots. We are currently hiring for all shifts!!!
The successful candidate will be able to handle incoming/outgoing calls and effectively schedule appointments for customers. NO COLD CALLING!!!
The ideal candidate will have great communication and problem-solving skills, have basic computer skills, as well as be able to multi-task effectively.
Responsibilities and Duties
-Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
-Identifying customer needs, clarifying information, researching every issue, and providing solutions
Available Shifts AM, PM with rotating Weekends
Our Call Center Hours are as follows:
Weekdays:
Monday through Friday
3pm-9pm is "PM Shift"
Our weekend hours:
Saturday 9 am - 8 pm
Sunday 1 pm - 8 pm
