• This is contracted work, mostly part time during the winter months are more full time during the summer months. Please contact employer for more information on scheduling and on call duties.
• Experienced Maintenance Professional (3 years) that has their own tools and working car to help maintain a portfolio of 30 properties in the zip code 80219.
• Maintenance includes the following; painting, dry wall, tiles and flooring, electrical, furnace replacement or fixing, water heater replacement or fixing, basic understanding of plumbing and electrical work, understanding of appliances, landscaping (shoveling and lawn mowing).
• Must have tools and car, preferably a truck
• Must be Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• You can expect to be working on call with weekend availability and on call for emergencies.
• Weekly Tasks will be outlined and expected to be finished in reasonable time.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: From $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• On call
• Weekends as needed
