Responsibilities

• Provide field service support for 100 kW piston compressor units, ensuring their optimal performance and reliability
• Conduct scheduled maintenance, inspections, and repairs on compressors at customer sites across the USA and Canada
• Effectively analyze and comprehend operational manuals, electrical schematics, and parts breakdowns to ensure a comprehensive understanding of technical information
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, troubleshoot problems, and implement appropriate solutions
• Collaborate with customers to address their service needs, answer inquiries, and provide technical assistance
• Maintain accurate records of service activities, including reports, work orders, and documentation of parts used

Requirements

• Previous experience servicing 100 kW piston compressor units
• Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge, with the ability to diagnose and repair technical issues
• Full availability to travel extensively throughout the USA and Canada
• Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in Spanish is highly appreciated
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and internal teams
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in diverse customer environments
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Eligibility to work in the USA and Canada
