Responsibilities include:
- Performing inspections.
- Meeting with adjusters/subcontractors.
- Overseeing/Supporting project installation
- Taking pictures and documentation of worksite.
- Coordinating and working with Project Manager and Production manager on each job.
- Ensuring safety guidelines are followed and enforced.
- Communicating specific instructions to the crews.
- Making runs for additional materials as needed.
- Setting up precautions to protect the property of homeowners.
- Overseeing clean-up of worksite and making sure no debris is left behind.
- Conducting final walk around inspection.
- Turning in job reports.
- Experience in roofing or construction
- Clean, professional appearance
- Clear, strong communication skills
- Ability to use a smartphone or tablet with internet
- Ability to travel to different locations daily, sometimes including long distances
- Reliable transportation ( Must have truck )
- Clean background
- Willing to take initiative
- Emphasis on customer satisfaction

- Must own a truck
