HomeRiver Group is Hiring a Leasing Agent (associate) Near Nampa, ID

A Day in the Life of a Multifamily Leasing Agent As our Multifamily Leasing Agent, you will perform all sales and leasing activities to achieve the community's revenue and occupancy goals by greeting and qualifying prospects, conducting community tours and showing apartments, processing applications, credit screening, and criminal background checks, preparing the lease and move-in package, and ensuring a smooth resident move-in and lease signing process. You will inspect apartments prior to resident move-in and ensure apartments are in move-in ready condition and schedule any outstanding item to be addressed with the maintenance team. You will be knowledgeable about current market and competitor conditions that may impact the community's occupancy and sales results, develop and implement short and long-term marketing plans and goals to sustain occupancy, and follow the community's established policies related to concessions, specials and other programs to boost occupancy. This is a part time position.Qualifications
  • Proven work 1 year onsite property management experience as Leasing Agent
  • Proficient with PM software, digital marketing, and CRM, Entrata preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications and Google Office Suite
  • Familiarity with Google Suite applications
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to multitask, take initiative, and resolve conflicts
  • Demonstrate ambition for continuous personal and team development
  • Must have a valid driver's license and proof of insurance
