We are seeking a dynamic Customer Service Representative for our client in Evans, GA. As a branch office for a national provider, they benefit from the backing of one of the largest insurance carriers in the country while still being locally owned and operated by a second-generation Agent. This family-oriented small business helps people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and ensure long-term security.

In this role, you will assist customers with their insurance and financial service needs, including auto insurance, home insurance, life insurance, and claim remediation. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in administrative or sales roles who are looking to advance their career in the insurance industry.

What You'll Do

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Establish and maintain customer relationships.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address concerns.
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about their insurance options.

Sales and Marketing

  • Develop leads and schedule appointments for consultations.
  • Identify customer needs and market appropriate products and services.
  • Assist with marketing efforts and strategies to attract new clients.

What You Bring to the Table

  • Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening.
  • People-oriented and detail-oriented.
  • Proactive in problem-solving.
  • Ability to learn and use computer functions effectively (CRM, MS Office Suite).
  • Experience working efficiently in a team environment.
  • Preferred: Experience in an administrative role or sales role.
  • Preferred: Property & Casualty or Life & Health training/licenses
