OPERATIONS ADMINISTRATOR
OVERVIEW : The Operations Department provides support to Sales, Production, and Client Care Departments through daily management of permitting, pricing, estimating, purchasing, design and plan management. As a member of the Operations Department, the Operations Administrator supports the daily operations of Homes by Dickerson. The Operations Administrator will perform a variety of clerical and administrative tasks. The Operations Administrator will work closely with other members of the Operations Department to maximize efficiency and effectiveness. From time to time, the Operations Administrator will be required to attend seminars, training sessions, and company meetings on production related subjects; communicate with management on ways to cut building costs, improve construction methods, and other issues.
RESPONSIBILITIES : PURCHASING
- Collect price lists and / or quotes and maintain respective databases.
- Compile budgets and issue purchase orders as needed.
- Manage reporting for purchasing programs.
- Support other departments by efficiently managing requests via email inboxes, phone calls, and text messages.
