The Recruiter is responsible for the full recruiting life-cycle. You would be responsible for filling positions with urgency while providing excellent customer service. We would rely on you to develop sourcing strategies, interview and identify top candidates, manage the hiring process, facilitate the on-boarding process including New Employee Orientation, and maintain accurate data in the applicant tracking system. Our Recruiters play a critical role in ensuring we are hiring top talent!
