As a Lead Field Service Technician, you will be required to travel to client locations, perform property exterior & interior services, ensure proper documentation of work being performed, respond to client requests, and troubleshoot equipment issues. Lead Service Technician Responsibilities:

• Responding to customer callouts and field dispatches.
• Meeting with the client to greet them and explain the services you will be providing.
• Conduct home exterior & interior maintenance services.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Inspecting and troubleshooting equipment failures.
• Providing preventive equipment maintenance.
• Completing job reports.

Lead Service Technician Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Proven work experience as a Field Service Technician.
• Ability to travel and work according to a changing schedule.
• Basic handy-man skills.
• Ability to problem-solve.
• Good communication, customer interaction and training skills.
• Able to work with heavy equipment & on ladders.
