As our Digital Marketing Account Manager, you'll be the bridge between our talented in-house team and our growing roster of clients. Your mission? To understand their unique business goals, translate that into killer digital strategies, and deliver results that have them high-fiving you on the regular.

Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Account Manager or similar client-facing role
  • Expertise in platforms like Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Meta Business Suite, and more. Google Certification strongly desired.
  • Developing and executing data-driven SEO strategies and principles to improve clients organic rankings and drive qualified website traffic.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.
  • Experience in account management and handling a book of business with external clients.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical chops and the ability to turn data into impactful, easy-to-understand insights.
  • Proactive in utilizing client data and technology to make data-driven decisions on campaigns.
  • Well-spoken, organized, and possesses a deep knowledge of digital advertising strategies.
  • Able to develop KPIs and enhancements for individual clients, understanding that each has different goals and objectives.
  • Adaptable, resourceful, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Passion for all things digital and a genuine interest in helping clients achieve their goals.
  • Be a self-starter and can work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
