As a Turn Helper, you will complete a variety of tasks in preparing apartments during our student housing turn season. You will be working with both the leasing team and maintenance team ensuring that our property has a successful turn season by making ensuring apartments are move in ready for their new residents. This is a seasonal position for the 2024 Turn season.

Responsibilities include:

• Moving furniture in and out of apartments.
• Touch up paint when needed
• Complete walk throughs of each unit notating anything that needs to be done and assuring apartment is ready before the move in.
• Cleaning common areas and apartments to make ready for move in.

• Be able to stand and/or be in continuous motion for extended periods of time, while performing job functions.
• Be capable of working in extremely hot temperatures
• Display effective communication, exemplary customer service, and organizational skills
• Must be able to receive and follow detailed instructions, as well as give them, and ensure detailed instructions are followed
