We are currently seeking Associates with horticulture or plant knowledge to join our team and contribute to our mission of fostering a greener world.

The ideal candidates will have a strong background in horticulture or plant knowledge and a passion for gardening. As an Associate, you will assist customers with their gardening needs, provide expert advice on plant care, and contribute to a positive shopping experience.

 What You Will Do:

• Greet and assist customers with their gardening needs, providing knowledgeable advice and recommendations.
• Maintain and organize plant displays, ensuring they are healthy, well-watered, and visually appealing.
• Assist with inventory management, including receiving, restocking, and pricing plants and garden products.
• Operate the cash register, process transactions, and handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
• Educate customers on plant care, gardening techniques, and product usage.
• Participate in seasonal garden center activities and promotions.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and provide outstanding customer service.

Requirements

What You Will Bring:

• Knowledge of horticulture, plants, and gardening practices is essential.
• Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Passion for gardening and a desire to share knowledge with others.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy plants and garden supplies.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
