This fall, we're excited to host our annual Fall Festival, and we're looking for enthusiastic, friendly, and dedicated individuals to join our team for five weekends this Fall! We will be holding in-person interviews after Labor Day, so please apply now!
As a Fall Festival Staff member, you will play a key role in creating a fun and memorable experience for our visitors. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with setting up and taking down festival activities and decorations.
• Greeting and directing guests, providing information about festival activities.
• Managing activity stations such as pumpkin painting, hayrides, corn mazes, and more.
• Operating point-of-sale systems for festival tickets and merchandise.
• Ensuring the safety and enjoyment of all guests, especially children.
• Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of the festival area.
• Providing excellent customer service with a friendly and positive attitude.

Requirements:

What You'll Bring:

• Previous customer service or event experience is preferred but not required.
• Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays throughout the fall season.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks (e.g., lifting up to 25 lbs).
• Enjoy working outdoors and engaging with a diverse range of people.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
