Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize warehouse efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure accurate inventory management and control.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate inbound and outbound shipments.
- Monitor and maintain compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Train, supervise, and evaluate warehouse staff to ensure high performance and adherence to standard operating procedures.
- Implement and enforce quality control measures to meet customer requirements.
- Utilize warehouse management systems
- Collaborate with transportation management systems to coordinate transportation logistics.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar role in a distribution center.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, materials management, and order fulfillment processes.
- Proficient in using warehouse management systems and transportation management systems.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
- Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely.

Requirements :

• Chauffer license or the ability to obtain one
• Run deliveries when required
• Background check
• Lumber or construction knowledge

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
