Homestrong Recruitment is actively assisting in the staffing endeavors of a well-established fintech company, dedicated to meeting the evolving requirements of global enterprises, import-export entities, online merchants, and individual clients.

POSITION OBJECTIVE:

To spearhead new business development initiatives for our external consultative sales team, gaining valuable insights into the dynamic realms of foreign currency and international payments.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Generate new customer meetings for members of the Outside Sales team through effective prospecting activities.
  • Execute outbound and third-party marketing campaigns with precision.
  • Ensure meticulous follow-up and recording of all sales activities, communications, and opportunities in the CRM system.
  • Manage incoming sales calls, qualifying and providing advisories as needed.
  • Source prospect information for both vertical and ad-hoc lead generation initiatives.
  • Maintain and manage all data within the CRM system.
  • Conduct callbacks on outbound campaigns.
  • Leverage electronic tools such as ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, Pipeliner, Microsoft Dynamics, and Jabber for effective communication with prospects and within the team.
  • Deliver accurate monthly reports to the manager.
  • Provide general organizational and administrative support for the sales team.
  • Facilitate seamless communication between relevant stakeholders.
  • Participate in ongoing training to gain familiarity with the industry and the company's value propositions.
  • Collaborate closely with the external consultative sales team to identify focal points for their efforts.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar lead generation/sales role.
  • Demonstrate a robust track record in sales-related positions.
  • Exhibit proven abilities in devising and executing lead generation activities.
  • Work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Possess strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as excellent negotiation and motivational capabilities.
  • Demonstrate adept relationship-building and networking skills.
  • Proficient in the use of CRM software.
  • Showcase excellent time management skills and a high level of attention to detail.

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred (International Business, Business Administration, Finance, Marketing)

SKILLS:
