The receptionist/ doggy day care coordinator will work alongside other individuals to complete daily tasks including making phone calls, speaking directly to clients, scheduling appointments (grooming, doggy day care and boarding), scanning documents, filing records, and other administrative work. They will also be responsible for checking clients in and out for doggy day care, grooming, boarding. The receptionist will be responsible for excellent communication, a good work ethic, and to help where is needed. Looking for someone who has experience in leadership and reception work (at least 1 year)
