Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results driven Sales Representative to join our Hometown team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products and services to potential Home Depot customers. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.

Duties:

This position is 2-fold.

1.) First,You must be able develop a relationship within The Home Depot Stores. Provide in store training on a daily basis with The Home Depot bath staff on our products and services. Then providing ongoing training on lead setting using The Home Depot CRM. The more leads you can get the Home Depot Staff to set, the more leads available for you to sell.

Home Depot Locations include Okaloosa County, Santa Rosa County, Escambia County, Baldwin County, Al. and Mobile County, Al.

Once a lead is generated, it will transfer to Hometown Contractors, Inc. call center. The call center will set these appointments and confirm those appointments for you.

2.) Second,You will then run those appointments and develop a relationship with the customers on remodeling their bathrooms. You will be designing new bath and showering systems, vanities, mirrors, lighting, flooring, toilets, ventilation, windows, and doors, painting, etc.

Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products/services.

Negotiate sales contracts and close deals to meet sales targets.

Experience:

- Proven experience in successful home improvement sales a plus.

- Familiarity with Cabinets, Mirrors, Lighting, Ventilation, Windows, Flooring, Acrylic Showers, Acrylic Bathtubs, Walkin Tubs, General Remodeling, Drywall, Painting, Doors, and Ventilation.

-Must have a good understanding of home remodeling.

-Must have a late model vehicle and clean driving record.

-Should have a good understanding of I Pad presentation, pricing, and contract writing.

-Must be able to pass a Home Depot background check.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
