Hometown Poke is a restaurant and food truck located in the East side of Providence with a *2nd location opening soon* in East Greenwich.

Responsibilities

• Taking customer orders and working the register
• Serving food with a positive attitude and troubleshooting customer concerns
• Keeping the cafe stocked, clean, and organized
• Following basic food and drink prep procedures
• Keeping the kitchen and dining room clean
• Taking orders and making bowls on the food truck
• Loading and cleaning the food truck
• Staying in compliance with health and safety standards

Qualifications

• Availability and to work at least 20 hours per week (schedule is flexible)
• A willingness to learn all aspects of restaurant/cafe operations
• Must be able to follow instructions and receive feedback
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure

Compensation

• Minimum $18/hr guarantee (wage tips) and upwards of $22 /hr on busy weeks
