The Director of Integration & Operations plays an integral part in the new hospital acquisition and growth of the company. The IO Director owns the integration process and is the primary point of contact for the seller and HVP internal teams. The position serves as the organizational leader for the execution of cross-functional due diligence and integration activities related to external acquisitions. Post integrations, the IO Director will continue to support hospitals to ensure that all hospital operations are fulfilled and that the hospitals operate at maximum efficiency. Culture
Constantly communicate with hospital owners and guide them through the entire partnership process as efficiently as possible while always prioritizing the premier customer service experience
Support all hospital areas as a resource of information and assistance

Community
Partner with all hospital team leaders to problem-solve an ensure that clients needs are exceeded and that optimal patient care is delivered
Communicate deadlines with all internal HVP cross-functional teams involved in the acquisition process and ensure prompt and efficient delivery
Partner with hospital leadership to strategically plan and schedule healthcare teams for sustainable growth
Partner with leadership and hospital teams to support growth and revenue potential
Collaboration
Partner with Hospital Leadership to support hiring, training, coaching, and formal accountability as it pertains to team members.
Manage multiple integrations with strict deadlines
Coordinate, track, and lead due diligence activities, including financial, HR, vendor relationships, key contracts, and other key integrations items required for a successful partnership
Identify operational and integration issues, thinking solutions, and escalating across multiple stakeholders for driving decision making
Monitoring activities in parallel with progress on long-term integration activity
Tracking integration success metrics post close in partnership with the leadership team
Helping to build out and improve M & A integration capability through process improvement
Able to work functionally in hospitals as needed.

Education, Experience & Qualifications
Minimum of 4 years' veterinary work experience, preferably in acquisition management, hospital leadership, working with cross functional teams
BA/BS degree/CVT/LVT
Experience in effectively communicating with multiple parties within a project (both internal and external)
Demonstrated experience in conflict management and successfully leading difficult conversations
Project Management platform experience a plus
