The VPR will create, develop and execute a recruitment strategy to support our current and future growth which aligns with our values of culture, community, and collaboration.
As a respected member of the team, this leader is also required to be well informed of current employment trends, benchmarks and develop short and long-term recruitment strategies and objectives to build the HVP brand.
The Veterinary Recruiter will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and hiring talented veterinarians and veterinary staff to join our growing team.
This role involves collaborating with Hospital Leadership and other teams to understand staffing needs, developing recruitment strategies, and ensuring a seamless hiring process.
