Job Summary:

As a Weekend Caregiver, you will be at the heart of our mission, providing top-notch personal care and creating a positive environment for those in need. We have several clients needing passionate and dedicated caregivers in San Juan Capistrano, who can work with them on the weekends. This is more than just a job-it's a chance to brighten someone's day and make every weekend count!
Key Responsibilities:

• Be a Hero Every Day: Assist clients with daily personal care activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting, ensuring their dignity and comfort.
• Spread Joy: Provide companionship and engage clients in fun and meaningful activities.
• Health Guardian: Monitor and record the client's health condition, behavior, and activities, and be the first line of support.
• Medication Master: Administer medications as prescribed, keeping precise records.
• Home Harmony: Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a sparkling clean and safe living environment.
• Communication Star: Effectively communicate with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care.

Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent. HCA Certification in caregiving is a plus.
• Experience: Whether you're new or experienced, if you have a passion for caregiving, we want you!
• Skills:
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle physical tasks with ease.
  • Knowledge of basic healthcare and hygiene practices.
  • Strong organizational skills.
• Certifications: CPR and First Aid certification preferred
• Transportation: Driver's license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance to drive clients to errands or activities in San Juan Capistrano and surrounding areas.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary range of $18 to $20 per hour, paid biweekly. Flexible hours are provided!
