In this position, you will wear many hats. You will assist with recruiting and hiring, providing fill-in coverage either in the office or the field, and other such duties as the need arises.

The ideal candidate will be self-directed and detail-oriented, well-spoken, and at ease when communicating with clients, caregivers, and management.

This individual should have flexibility, be personable, be organized, be compassionate, and be big-hearted.

Qualifications :

• At least 2 years of caregiving experience. CNA / HHA Preferred,
• Comfortable with working in an office setting and transitioning to the field as needed.
• Proficient computer skills.

Must be available Monday-Friday 7A-7P (You will work 40 hrs. a week within that time frame) This is a hybrid position you will spend equal time in the office and in the field.

• CPR certified.
• Must be physically able to perform the duties of this position.
• Must have Florida Driver’s License, Auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Must possess excellent communication skills.
• Are mature, caring, punctual, and reliable.
• COVID-19 Vaccination preferred.
