In Home Caregiver Needed ($14 /Hr., Training Provided, Referral Bonus, Start Immediately)

We are seeking compassionate In-Home Caregivers to be a part of our team, joining us in our mission of providing attentive, one-one-one non-medical in-home support services, enhancing seniors’ lives, one day at a time.

We are looking for experienced caregivers, home care aides, personal care assistants or direct support professionals but are accepting individuals such as retirees, college students and stay-at-home parents that may not have the experience but want a fulfilling vocation.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver personalized care services tailored to meet the individual needs of the client
• Assist with activities of daily living such as grooming, dressing, bathing, light housekeeping and mobility
• Provide companionship and emotional support while maintaining a safe and orderly setting for client
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as necessary
• Provide reminders of medications to be taken, monitoring and reporting any changes in the condition of client
• Accompany client to appointments and run errands as needed
• Maintain accurate records of care provided

Qualifications:

• Experience in caregiving or related field preferred, but not required—we can train you!
• Knowledge of in-home care practices and procedures
• Mature, punctual, and reliable and able to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, attentive and client-centered approach
• Physically able to perform the duties of this position
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license and insurance if transporting clients
• Clearance of criminal background check
• Proof of current TB testing
• Provide verifiable professional and personal references
• Additional certifications or training in caregiving, personal care, or healthcare is a plus
