Work Location: Durham - Chapel Hill area

Job Type: Part time to Full Time

Job Requirement/s:

Must have a valid driver’s license with clean records.
TB Test
Bloodborne Pathogen Training certificate
Must have a reliable transportation
Must have a caregiver experience, but not required.

Rate/Salary: starts at $13 per hour, upto $14.50 per hour, depending on performance

Key Responsibilities (subject to change depending on client’s need):

Personal and/or Companion Care: Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, toileting, and dressing, while respecting their dignity and privacy.
Communication: Maintain open and clear communication with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care and address any concerns or changes in their condition.
Medication Management: Ensure clients take their medications as prescribed by monitoring dosages and administering medication reminders.
Mobility Assistance: Provide support with transferring, walking, and mobility aids to ensure clients' safety and independence.
Meal Preparation: Prepare nutritious meals and snacks according to clients' dietary preferences and restrictions, promoting their overall health and well-being.
Administrative Role: Coordinating care and ensuring smooth operations within our agency.

Compensation: $13.00 - $14.50 per hour
