We are currently hiring reliable, dependable, hardworking and caring Certified Home Health Aides (HHAs)/Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), with the highest standards of care to join our team!
We are offering Part-time positions (short hours 2-6hrs) to serve our Natick, Wayland, Weston, Waltham, Lexington, Needham, Westwood, Dedham, Newton, Framingham, Ashland, Holliston, Concord and Belmont clients.

Duties:
- Provide personal care and assistance to clients in their homes or assisted living facilities.
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Administer medication as directed by healthcare professionals.
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature.
- Assist with mobility and transfers, using proper body mechanics and assistive devices.
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding, ensuring dietary needs are met.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as cleaning and laundry.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
Skills:
- Knowledge of healthcare systems and procedures.
- Experience in caregiving or related field.
- Familiarity with medical records and documentation.
- Ability to work with individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and maintaining client confidentiality.
- Knowledge of home care practices and procedures.
- Familiarity with assisted living and memory care environments.
- Compassionate and patient demeanor when working with senior clients.
