```Duties``` - Assist the dentist during dental procedures - Prepare treatment rooms and instruments for dental procedures - Take and develop dental x-rays - Perform patient assessments and record medical history - Provide chairside assistance to the dentist during procedures - Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-operative care - Maintain a clean and sterile working environment - Perform basic laboratory tasks such as pouring models and fabricating temporary crowns ```Requirements``` - Certification or diploma from an accredited dental assisting program - Proficiency in CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software for creating dental restorations - Experience with pediatric dentistry is preferred - Knowledge of Eaglesoft or similar dental practice management software - Familiarity with medical imaging techniques and equipment - Strong understanding of aseptic technique and infection control protocols - Excellent knowledge of dental anatomy and terminology - Familiarity with medical coding and insurance billing processes Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
