Field Marketing Outreach Specialist (Canvassing & Tabling)

New England Smart Energy is seeking an energetic and outgoing Door to Door Canvasser and Brand Ambassador Hybrid Outreach Specialist to join our Marketing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to begin your career in a growing industry and earn $25 - $35 ($55k-$65k) with on-target earnings. Requirements

• Outstanding communication and people skills
• Ability to motivate and lead a team
• Keeping canvassing supervisor updated on individual and team goals
• Interest in energy efficiency and the environment
• Ability to commute to locations such as North Adams, Springfield, or Pittsfield daily for canvassing
• Must be able to work between scheduled hours of 9 am - 7 pm depending on team availability
• Tabling days will be within an hour drive commute of where you live.

Responsibilities

• Canvass door to door to generate qualified leads
• Work a table at assigned events, trade shows and retail locations to schedule qualified leads
• Schedule Connecticut residents for no cost home energy assessments
• Execute team strategy to build excitement about the Home Energy Assessment process to prospective residents.
• Acquire, retain and constantly develop industry knowledge and train the material to employees
• Represent New England Smart Energy and its brand with professionalism and integrity
• Meet and exceed our lead generation goals
• Sometimes commuting team to and from workplaces
• Additional administrative duties as assigned – must be able liaison between police departments and New England Smart Energy
