Job Summary:
We seek a highly motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Business Development Coordinator at Honda of Fishers in Fishers, Indiana. As a key sales team member, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth and enhance customer satisfaction. This is a full-time, individual contributor role in the auto industry with a competitive salary.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
• Collaborate with the sales team to create sales targets and implement plans to achieve them.
• Identify and explore new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication and follow-up.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to create and implement promotional campaigns.
• Keep track of industry trends and developments and make recommendations for improvement.
• Conduct market research and analyze data to identify areas for growth.
• Work closely with the customer service team to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues.
• Utilize CRM software to track and monitor sales progress and customer interactions.
Requirements:
• A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the auto industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Familiarity with CRM software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
